What the Initial Assessment includes

Each assessment is completely one-to-one and carefully tailored to your child.

The 11+ exam varies between counties and schools, so your child’s session is bespoke and planned around the specific exam they will be sitting.

During our one-hour online session, your child will:

  • Take part in engaging assessment activities (no scary tests!)
  • Explore key areas relevant to their 11+ exam, including maths, English and reasoning (as appropriate)
  • Show not just what they know – but how they think and approach questions

The session is relaxed, informal and designed to help your child feel comfortable and confident.

After the session, you’ll receive:

Within 24 hours, you’ll be sent a clear, detailed written report outlining:

  • My professional assessment of your child’s current level
    Their strengths and any gaps to be aware of
  • Honest, practical recommendations for next steps
  • Guidance on whether 11+ preparation is appropriate at this stage, and how best to approach it
